Framing Warranty

All custom framing is guaranteed against defects in workmanship for the lifetime of the frame. That covers joinery, mounting, and the integrity of the assembly.

If a corner separates, a mount slips, or something we built does not hold up, bring it back and we will repair or remake it at no charge.

When you choose conservation-grade framing, we use acid-free, archival materials and UV-protective glazing to help preserve your artwork. We will advise you honestly on what a piece actually needs.

The warranty covers our workmanship, not accidental damage, misuse, or damage from extreme environmental conditions such as direct sun, damp, or heat.

Fading of the artwork itself is minimized by conservation glazing but cannot be entirely prevented over very long periods.
